Since inception in 2012, Apposite has worked with DocuSign to help our customers and partners accelerate business and drive productivity through digitising paper agreement processes. We are 100% focussed on providing DocuSign eSignature solutions. It’s what we do and it’s everything that we do. 

Our value proposition is simple: legacy, paper-based agreement processes are slow, expensive, prone to error and insecure. By eliminating paper, automated digital processes shorten execution time, eliminate errors, reduce costs and radically improve efficiency – delighting our customers and strengthening their relationships with our partners.

Apposite’s customer and resale partner account managers are both commercially and technically certified. This gives customers and our partners effective single point of contact to mentor, develop and assist with all aspects of driving and supporting solution adoption.

We have a land and expand commercial mandate – ensuring customers are provided with appropriate scale solutions – “Apposite” ones – so that initial deployments are de-risked and can be built out from proven success and demonstrable customer return on investment.

Our focus on deployment success has been the bedrock of our growth. Since our inception 11 years ago we have grown at a compound annual rate of 45% and have a net retention rate of over 120%.

Keith Birch

Keith is CEO and one of the founders of Touchstone Group Ltd, the holding company that owns Touchstone FMS Ltd and Xpedition Ltd - two leading London-based business software consultancies. Touchstone FMS was established in 1982 and together with Xpedition now has over 150 staff specialising in supplying, implementing, and supporting a range of business solutions including: ERP, CRM, Spend Management and Data & Analytics. Touchstone Group’s key markets include: Financial Services, Not for Profit, Fashion & Retail and Energy. During his 40+ year tenure at Touchstone, Keith has been responsible for the overall strategy of the Group with particular emphasis on identifying new areas of business including acquisition strategy.

George Bisnought

George is the founder and managing director of Excello Law, first and foremost a commercial law practice but one which is at the vanguard of the new dawn in legal services provision. Excello’s commitment to excellence rejects the conventional private practice model, in order to create a collegiate working environment where lawyers can succeed. George qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and since that time, has worked extensively in the regions and the city within both industry and for law firms. As well as being managing director of Excello Law, George holds a number of directorships mainly for companies in the software industry.

Paul Jelley

Paul has broad and deep experience as a finance professional and recognised as an FCA. He provides Chairman, NED, FD and management advice to entrepreneurial businesses. With many years of Board level experience, he provides hands on, robust challenge and strategic support to management teams to facilitate them in achieving their goals. Roles undertaken include advising MBI/MBO teams, Restructuring, Strategic Business Planning, Debt and Equity raising, reviews for VC's, customer care and sales growth strategies, team building. He particularly enjoys assisting solving the many and varied challenges encountered in the SME/family owned business environment, and using his experience to assist them flourish.

Peter Woodward

Peter is Apposite’s Executive Director leading the sales, partner enablement and customer success team to grow our business on the solid foundation of recurring revenue through customer deployment success and partner trust in representing our DocuSign solutions. He has founded software development and distribution companies and served as senior channel leadership with large software companies. Peter has a particular focus on analytical metrics to provide the data needed to monitor solution deployment success and to offer support to ensure customers achieve the return on their investment they can expect. Peter has a BSc in Management Sciences and diploma in industrial studies. Away from work he enjoys gardening, walking with Kipper his black Labrador and recently started kayaking.

Susana Garcia

At Apposite Susana’s role is to make sure our partners and customers get the right level of enablement and support to be successful with their DocuSign eSignature deployment. She also has a general remit to improve efficiency in our internal processes. Before joining the Apposite team Susana had broad experience in sales, customer success and marketing in SaaS companies in several geographies and verticals including her time with Microsoft. Susana holds a degree in Law and an MBA which helps her to understand the companies and people she collaborates with and to provide solutions to address their needs. Bilingual in English & Spanish and with some conversational Portuguese as well, Susana loves engaging in new experiences and learning different skills.

Chantel Davy

Apposite’s Senior Regional Manager, Chantel, is based in Pretoria from where she drives new and existing DocuSign business in South Africa and the broader Africa region. With more than 25 years commercial experience in the IT industry she has held Distribution, Reseller, Channel and Key Account Manager roles with companies including 3Com, HP, and Cisco. Before joining Apposite she developed particular skills with digital signing experience within the security, cyber security, and PKI industry. Her mantra is that people buy from people and strong relationships and partnerships build through delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer success. Being a trusted advisor is very key and relevant to her role. A natural leader, Chantel enjoys a good sense of humour, a good game of golf here and there and has a keen interest in wildlife photography.

Bridget Tomsek

Bridget started her career as a sales administrator in the IT Security industry and built on this commercial experience with roles in sales channel development, channel marketing and reseller training, representing both vendors and distributors. A regional manager with Apposite, Bridget works with our partners and customers in Africa and Middle East and has developed a deep passion for promoting DocuSign. After work and on weekends she is mom to 2 beautiful children and likes to bake and spend time with family and friends.

Marie Rego

Marie runs Apposite’s sales operations, supporting sales and account management colleagues to process subscription and service orders from partners and customers. Prior to joining Apposite Marie spent many years in the airline industry in finance, revenue management and sales roles and has a keen passion for continuous business improvement. Her background in sales operations management, technical system developments and administration provides her with the experience and insight to enable her to support the business frontline. Continually enhancing her business knowledge, Marie sees her role as an educational expansion.

Anders Nilsson

For the last 30 years Anders has worked in systems development in many roles but mostly as a lead developer and application architect. Key industries have been insurance, transport and HR. Key technologies include those within the Microsoft sphere such as .net core, Razor web, Azure and SQL Server and also historically Java for many years. At Apposite Anders leads our technical initiatives in the role of CTO. Most of the work has been related to the DocuSign platform with integration work and building components such as Apposite’s reporting tool. Anders holds an MsC in Computer Engineering from LTH Faculty in Engineering in Lund Sweden.

Lars Nilsson

Lars has more than 30 years experience of software development, systems engineering and software architecture. As Apposite’s senior software engineer, Lars has been instrumental in developing Apposite’s use of the DocuSign API, leveraging this in Apposite’s DocuSign Report writer, our proprietary deployment monitoring tool, integration with Microsoft Power Automate and providing project based support to partners and customers undertaking custom DocuSign integrations. He has an abounding love of the remoter parts of Sweden and is a keen explorer.
